 Sharon Goldstein is the Chief Operating Officer of Perpetual Energy Systems. From 2002 to 2006 Ms. Goldstein was a partner in a tax credit acquisition firm and was responsible for its financial affairs and for its day-to-day operations. From 1992 to 2002, Ms. Goldstein was employed by a nationally recognized tax credit syndication firm as its Executive Vice President, where she was responsible for the syndication and finance departments and was involved in raising tax credit equity. From 1989 to 1992, Ms. Goldstein was employed as an auditor at the Los Angeles accounting firm of Alder, Green & Hasson. Ms. Goldstein is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. |
