Joseph Rodriguez is President and Chief Executive Officer of Perpetual Energy Systems. Mr. Rodriguez has over 16 years of Project and Corporate Finance experience with more than 11 years of experience as an investment banker in roles at country and regional levels with global investment banks like Citigroup in London and South Africa and leading investment banks in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Mr. Rodriguez owns rich product and deal execution knowledge related to Project and Corporate Finance and has a deep knowledge of several industries. Within the Energy & Power sector, he has advised  international sponsors and raised capital for power plants (IPP’s and IWPP’s) in excess of 5,000 MW capacity and received several deal awards by international banking publications such as Euromoney, Project Finance Magazine,  MEED and IFR. Mr. Rodriguez holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School in New York as well as a Master and Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
