Perpetual Energy Systems is an independent power producer of renewable energy, primarily focused on developing and financing distributed generation and distributed utility-scale solar energy systems. Perpetual develops and finances commercial solar projects utilizing the Power Purchase Agreement, and combines conventional debt with federal tax credit equity to provide solar power with zero capital outlay required of its offtaker clients.
Through the company's financing strategies and system ownership, Perpetual bears the entire economic risk of every solar project from construction to completion and operation, without requiring any capital outlay from our host clients.
Perpetual provides clients with clean, sustainable energy at rates which result in immediate savings and/or future hedges against ever-increasing public utility rates.
With a system life cycle of 25 years, Perpetual has a vested interest in the design and construction of each project it engages, closely collaborating with designers, engineers and integrators to create successful distributed solar energy systems.
